The members of the Hunor rescue team also returned home to Ferenc Liszt International Airport on Sunday evening.

Members of the Hungarian rescue team left for Turkey on February 6 to help search for survivors trapped under the rubble.

The homecoming team was received by Fire Lieutenant General Zoltán Góra, Director General of the BM National Disaster Prevention Directorate General, and Lieutenant General Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi, Chief of the General Staff of the Honvéd.

The rescue team of the Baptist Charity Service also arrived home on Sunday morning, reports MTI. A total of 18 people from the HUBA Rescue24 Fire and Rescue International Group, together with medical professionals, were out in Turkey with 8 search dogs. According to the organization's data, 156 people from Hungary traveled to Turkey to rescue earthquake survivors, under the guidance of 7 organizations.
