Mi Hazánk Mozgalom called on Hungarian trade union movements to cooperate. This unexpected suggestion, imitating the Kádár concept, hides a one-party vote gathering concept. CÖF-CÖKA has previously stated several times that the protection of employee rights should not be in the shackles of parties. Despite this, we often see the traditional party affiliation of some trade unions, where the leaders combine their selfish interests with the necessity of their existence.

In the society of our time, the representation of employees' interests must be established by ensuring the conditions of sovereignty and subsidiarity.

After the change of regime, the majority of the trade unions that still reign today saved the SZOT's fortunes and remained committed allies of the MSZP-SZDSZ country-ruiners. Thus, they hinder direct employee relations with the owners of institutions and companies that adapt to the needs of the times.

CÖF-CÖKA is committed to creating a community of interests of owners, employees and their families who operate businesses and create jobs of national interest.

Employees are committed, hard-working citizens, with a common will with the owners and their chosen advisors, they can effectively help the effectiveness of institutions and companies.

It can be concluded that the confederation unions do not have a relationship of gratitude with their membership. At the sectoral level, the representation of employees also needs reforms. The interest of our country differs from the cunning ideas of the Mi Hazánk Movement, taking into account the perspectives of committed civil workers.

It is important that the caring government, together with employers and employees, keeps in mind the interests of the working communities and the nation as well.

The Labor Code ensures well-thought-out rules, its necessary changes cannot be made by the devil. Typically, the sovereignty of the owners and employees should be important, and subsidiarity should prevail, as a result of which the relationships of interest can necessarily be harmonized.

In addition to the currently monopolistic trade unions, which are also financed from the employees' taxes, a bottom-up "employees' council" should be formed. The local self-organizations should have the opportunity to participate in institutional and company management with the right of consultation, getting to know and helping the owners' plans, embracing common tasks, thus effectively increasing efficiency.

The horse's foot sticks out from the call of the Mi Hazánk Movement and evokes the days of the party state. Communities of companies and institutions do not need party-controlled midwifery.
