Judit Varga reported on the submission on her Facebook page on Wednesday evening, emphasizing: Hungary will not give up!
"We continue to stand by our conviction and the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union that education is a national competence, and it is the parents' right to decide on the upbringing of their children"
he announced.
He added:
"as before, we will go to the wall when it comes to protecting our children."
The cases that have come to light in recent weeks also prove that there is a great need for the Child Protection Act, and even for additional measures to be taken, the minister wrote.
