The fog knights of Átlátszónet Alapítvány and atlatszo.hu Közhaznú Nonprofit Kft are masters of camouflage. Subsidies from abroad and possibly from Hungary are absorbed together.

The following quote from the Átlátszó.hu website serves as proof: "You can support the work of the atlatszo.hu investigative journalism workshop through the Átlátszónet Foundation. If you previously set up a regular donation for atlatszo.hu Nonprofit Kft., there is no reason to worry, the two organizations work closely together, so you are also supporting the work of atlatszo.hu."

In the rectification press lawsuit against MTI and the Magyar Nemzet in the first instance, it may seem to us that even the trial court was misled.

CÖF-CÖKA, as it affects the litigation case, recommends the following facts for consideration in order to assist the second-instance judgment and for the clarity of "transparent" supporters:

Let's look at the first-instance judgment (the judgment is not final), where MTI and the Hungarian Nation were also ordered to make corrections as follows:
1. We falsely reported in our coverage of the CÖF-CÖKA press conference that atlatszo.hu NKft.
and the level of foreign support of the Átlátszónet Foundation significantly exceeds domestic support; 2. We falsely reported in our coverage of the CÖF-CÖKA press conference that the two organizations will receive HUF 90 million in support through the Benevity platform;
3. In our coverage of the CÖF-CÖKA press conference, we falsely reported that in 2021 the employees of Átlátszó had 2,727 public interest data requests.

Our answers are proven from the balance sheets of Átlátszónet Foundation and Átlátszó.hu and from the financial reports submitted to the National Court Office:

Another "fog bomb" is that the Hungarian support sent to Átlárszó.hu comes almost entirely from the Átlátszónet Foundation.

Point 2

They were 'stuffed' that they had not received funding through the Benevity Action Network.
On the other hand, quoted from their financial report: in 2019 "private and corporate small donations, or HUF 46,300,000 through the Benevity donation system" in 2020 the same HUF 57,701,725
Note: "Benevity is a company that collects foreign donations, which ensures anonymity to the senders . Donations can be received via PayPal or AppPay and even bank cards can be connected to it."

Benevity Action Network did not comment on the donors despite our repeated requests. However, arrival from abroad can be proven with high probability. At the same time, they do not investigate whether the transfers sent to them may originate from tax evasion or illegal acts.

Point 3

The 2021 report of the transparent companies reveals that their employees made 2,727 data requests to 5,372 data owners through the "KiMitTud" they operate. Using this, their investigators published 885 articles. Financial support for investigative journalists will reach HUF 380,000,000 between 2016 and 2021.

It is clear that the "Transparents" continue the system of the dollar left, while serving their foreign clients under the guise of independence.

Based on the above, we await the decision of the second instance court with interest. We will send our comments to those who are obliged to make corrections.
