The Ministry of the Interior (BM) issued a more detailed statement in which they respond to the statement of the Democratic Trade Union of Teachers (PDSZ). They write: the draft laws supporting public education and the new career path of teachers serve to improve the quality of public education, and teachers can expect further salary increases and simplified advancement. It was announced that professional consultation on the draft laws has been going on for a month and a half, and regular negotiations are held with interest representatives, professional organizations, the National Faculty of Pedagogy and the National Council of Public Education. The ministry submits the legislative proposals to the government after the conclusion of the professional consultations.

The draft laws serve the new career path of teachers and the improvement of the standard of public education. In education, children come first, and teachers can expect further salary increases and simplified advancement. Those who teach better, deal more with children, can earn better, they pointed out. They stated that it is regrettable that the Democratic Union of Teachers, which represents only one percent of teachers, continues to behave like a political organization of the left, organizes strikes and demonstrations instead of being a professional partner in jointly improving the education of children, the satisfaction of parents and the situation of teachers .
