President Zuzana Čaputová has only revealed the name of the future prime minister of the expert government, but several leaders of the parliamentary parties have already attacked the ministers and the future prime minister, Lajos Ódor, who have been aired in the press.
Robert Fico, the president of Smer, spoke most sharply to the future government and the president of the republic working on the appointment of the government.
"Čaputová is the president of the republic of foreign interests"
Fico wrote on Facebook. He then named who he meant by foreign interests.
"The caretaker government with Lajos Ódor at the head is not the president's proposal, but Soros' choice"
says Fico.
In his speech at Slavín, the president of Smer also criticized the government that had not yet been formed and the president of the republic, but repeated the Soros agency several times.
"He teaches at CEU in Vienna and worked in the environment of Soros organizations"
Fico stated.
Due to Fico's latest statements, the President of the Republic will probably go to court.
For months now, Fico has considered Zuzana Čaputova his main opponent, which he proved at several Smer rallies. Now Igor Matovič also stood behind him, only he puts it a little more delicately, he does not openly "agent" the head of state.
"As deposed prime minister, he did not receive me, but he hosted the American ambassador several times"
- said Matovič, and at the same time suspected Čaputová of representing American interests.
What if the government is not trusted?
Zuzana Čaputová will meet the leaders of the parliamentary parties this afternoon. He first received Boris Kollár, Speaker of the House, President of Sme Rodina, then Eduard Heger, President of the Democrats, then Richard Sulík, President of SaS, and Igor Matovič, President of OĽaNO. However, it does not welcome Ribert Fico and the leaders of the extreme parties.
The government must request a vote of confidence in the parliament within 30 days of its appointment, when it must also present the government program. If it does not receive a vote of confidence, i.e. the government program does not receive at least 76 votes, then the Ódor government will be in the same situation as the Heger cabinet was in since the no-confidence vote last December: the president of the republic can entrust the management of the country, and this assignment can even it can also last until the election on September 30.
