The Budapest Court of Appeals also rejected the appeal of current representative Katalin Cseh for press corrections; according to the court's decision, the left-wing politician is obliged to pay the court costs of the public media, as well as the procedural fee, the Press and Marketing Office of the Media Service Support and Management Fund (MTVA) told MTI on Tuesday.

In the announcement, it was written that the case brought against the public media by the representative of the European Parliament of Momentum was legally defeated. Katalin Cseh appealed against the verdict of the Metropolitan Court of First Instance, which also ruled in favor of the public media, complaining in the "There is already a suspect in the tax fraud scandal in which Momentum's Katalin Cseh is also involved" published on hirado.hu, as well as in the The contents of the video available on M1 - Híradó's YouTube channel - were explained.

Added:

the Capital Tribunal found the opinion of the public media to be supported, according to which a criminal investigation was taking place at a company owned by Katalin Cseh, in which suspicions were also raised.

Pursuant to the court decision, the leftist politician, as the plaintiff, is obliged to pay the full legal costs, i.e. the costs of the first and second instance proceedings, a total of HUF 444,500 to Duna Médiaszolgáltat Nonprofit Zrt., as well as to the state HUF 48,000 for appeal and HUF 72,000 for procedural levy. The verdict is final, there is no room for appeal against it, the communiqué states.

civilek.info:

It has been said many times and in many places, many people have already written that the globalists (Bolsheviks and liberals in their maiden names) are only bothered by reality, and here, the stick mixer provided another momentary example of this. But seriously, what was he thinking? After all, it is a fact that an investigation is underway against companies belonging to Katalin Čeh and it is a fact that there is also a suspect in the case. It is true that there is only one, but there is! What can be argued about this?

Katalin, who, despite the suspicion of corruption, proudly marched up and down to the "fact finder" lied to the EU gang, who perhaps even whispered to the members of the globalist troupe that corruption is huge in our country (only she knows!), so this woman cannot be a big movie goer, but not even a TV watcher. If it were, you should definitely know the great classic film The Witness, with the iconic scene in it when the speech therapist Comrade Potocsnyi tells the harsh truth to the gatekeeper József Pelikán: "Facts are stubborn things." And there is a suspect in the case of the Pelican pösze and the Czech Katalinés. Point.

Of course, if Katalin Cseh has HUF 564,500 to throw away (that's how much she has to pay in total) and she's happy to spend it, then do as the one-time police officer did. For the sake of the younger ones: there was a time when the driver's license of the offender was punched to indicate that he had made a mistake. Well, a lady scolded the organ until it took pity on her and wrote next to the hole - This hole is not a hole.

Is this suspect not a suspect? So what? A freedom fighter?

Don't feel too sorry for this Czech. As an EU representative, you can pocket a nice sum every month, as it is well known that the monthly remuneration of a representative is HUF 2.2 million net, plus 1.5 million in reimbursement (they don't have to account for this either) and HUF 105,000 per day if you are in Brussels. In other words, there are many more cases like this, which he loses in the first place.
