The "bench war" in Ferencváros continues, after two days the rainbow bench handed over by Amnesty International, funded by György Soros, and the Ferencváros Municipality, which was presumably repainted by Fradi ultras, became green and white again. A Stop LGBTQ sign has now been blown up in front of the bench.
As is well known, on Thursday Amnesty International and the Ferencváros Municipality handed over the capital's first rainbow public bench to the IX. in Tompa Street in the district. However, it didn't stay in this state for long, as Fradi ultras painted it green and white by Saturday.
Late the night before yesterday, Amnesty International Hungary, financed by György Soros, was happy to announce on its Facebook page that, keeping their promise, they repainted the bench on Tompa Street rainbow. They did this to "everyone who wants to live with us in an open, free and happy country" - asking people to take care of the bench. Amnesty also filed a police report in the case, saying that the bench is a symbol that must be protected together.
