Anyone who newly installs a solar system will be billed gross, Minister of Energy Csaba Lantos explained in the government's new video.
He also reported that the government will publish in September that

There was a limitation in this, because the solar park in Hungary was expanding at too high a rate, and it seemed that the network was not able to keep up with it everywhere, he reminded. The government has since intervened, and in the meantime many developments have taken place, thanks to which new opportunities are opening up, so it will be possible to install solar panels again in many districts and many settlements.
