Kossuth Prize-winning singer and composer Tamás Szarka drew attention to the importance of Hungarian interest representation on the current channel M1 on Sunday evening, urging Hungarians to vote in the early parliamentary elections in Slovakia on September 30.

Tamás Szarka, who reported live from Galánta, said that he does not usually deal with daily politics, but he feels it is important for Hungarians to vote as much as possible.

In his opinion, if the Hungarians in Slovakia had parliamentary representation, it would be possible to advance the issue of education or nationality policy, but also, for example, to connect Bratislava and Kassa with a highway.

Tamás Szarka also talked about: He wrote a song entitled Otthon gyánys, for which a music video was shot, presenting the most beautiful places in the Uplands from Kassa to Bratislava and the Hungarian people living there.
