The coat of arms of the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, the rack sheep caused many happy moments during the competitions, but until now it was not possible to know who hid in its skin.
Balázs Németh, the CEO of the organizing company, revealed the secret in HírTV's Napi Aktuális program.
It turned out that they used professional mascot entertainers who had worked in major American pro leagues and former athletic teams.
In the sweltering heat, mainly two specialists took turns, but sometimes a third colleague also helped out.
