For the first time this year, more than thirty non-profit organizations from Szeged participated in the festival at the Újszeged Beach Bath. The civil forum created within the framework of the Szeged Fish Juice Festival went so well that the participants agreed that they will create a tradition from the meeting and celebrate together again next year on the first weekend of September.

- Those who do their chosen work with heart and soul came, not for the money. Out of love, out of love, with commitment. Because we help healthy, injured and sick people, young and old, to make their lives more beautiful, fuller, calmer, more creative and happier. Their lives, and at the end of their lives, their deaths. And we, the civilians, take care of people as well as dogs, cats, and birds if necessary. And about having a future, making our planet sustainable and livable

- said Iván Jávorszky after the meeting.

The chief civil affairs officer of the city also said that, in addition to the many constructive conversations, a large petanque tournament was organized with the coordination of the Organ Transplant Association, chess was organized by the Merit Association, and the civilians even boarded a dragon boat twice, but they also planned programs and agreed on projects together.
