For the second time, the Szent István Institute is announcing its Message to the Future competition for class communities of 14-year-old students, regardless of school type. The participating classes are asked to tell the generations that come after them about the power of their community and togetherness.
The Szent István Institute informed MTI on Wednesday that King Szent István wrote his admonitions to his son Prince Imre a thousand years ago, who is still revered as the patron saint of Hungarian youth.
In the announced competition, the organizers invite the class communities to tell the instructive stories, experiences, customs, their individual "admonitions" - for example, how they stood by each other; how they jointly achieved a set goal or helped a classmate in trouble - which, for example, can serve other classes so that they too can function as a real team.
The implementation can be done in the form of a 3-minute, creative video message, which info@szentistvanintezet.hu until the last day of school before the autumn break, October 27.
All elementary schools and 6- and 8-grade high schools educating 14-year-olds will be notified about the application opportunity directly on the www.oktatas.hu under the applications menu item.
The organizers will send a special publication to all members of the applying classes, in which you can read details of the Intelms that are still valid today and which will also serve as a souvenir book.
The classes that apply the fastest - up to 500 people - will also receive a special cinema experience, in the days surrounding the premiere in March, they can watch the Petőfi Now or Never in the cinema hall of the Eiffel Workshop together with a discussion and reception.
The class community that submits the project considered the best by the jury will win an exclusive one-day trip to the capital, during which they can see the Holy Crown in the Parliament, the St. Stephen's Hall in the Buda Castle, and after a boat cruise on the Danube, the class and their companions will be treated to a delicious lunch.
