A farmer from Bátaszék opened a self-service vegetable stand at the beginning of August, but in less than a month it turned out that only the self-service part of his idea worked.

At the time, he announced on Facebook:

those heading towards Park sétány 5/1 can get fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the small farmer's kitchen garden, even 24 hours a day.

At the time, the original grower Orbán Komonyi talked about how the stand really works honestly, for a long time the only problem was with the neighborhood kids, who took a pumpkin from the counter and played football with it.

For now, however, he has given up on the initiative, according to the teol.hu article.

The paper writes that some visitors did not want to pay a single penny to the honor fund. The vegetables and fruits were regularly sold out, and the honor fund remained empty.

As it is, the idea died in less than a month.
