We can experience the wonderfulness of the created world every day, when we marvel at the gifts that God gives us on every holiday and weekday of the year - says the creator, whose exhibition has just opened in Debrecen, about his art and faith.

The exhibition of the artist teacher Tünde Molnárné Ötvös opened in the Great Church of Debrecen on October 1, after the Sunday service, under the title Lifecycle-year. The material of the exhibition consisted of the artist's decorative bowls embellished with folk motifs, as well as fairy-tale characters and small sculptures.

"Man's personal life is realized in God's created order. We can experience the wonderfulness of the created world every day, when we marvel at the gifts that God gives us on every holiday and weekday of the year, in our human relationships, in the beauty of nature, in the messages of the Word. My creative work was determined by this religious conviction," said Tünde Molnárné Ötvös.

According to the artist-teacher's view, "the artistic values of our Reformed coffered churches and Hungarian folk culture dating back to the Middle Ages can be seen as a system of visual signs that conveys this very divine order and at the same time points to God's created order based on the general statement that manifests itself about the year in the beauty of nature, which renews itself every year, in the sustaining power of the Light of the world, which we can understand through the Spirit".

"During my creative work, on my ceramic objects, I tried to rethink and pass on these heart-pleasing signs..." - says Molnárné Ötvös about Tünde's art.
