The former US president considers the Hungarian prime minister to be one of the strongest and most respected leaders.
On November 4, Donald Trump also spoke at the Florida Summit event, which is important from the point of view of the Republican primary campaign, alongside all the right-wing presidential candidates. The former president praised Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in a context similar to his previous speeches, after he spoke about how Joe Biden is a weak politician and that there are many problems in the world because of such characters.
In contrast, he considers the Hungarian Prime Minister to be one of the strongest and most respected leaders.
Regarding the Hungarian Prime Minister, Trump said the following: "One of the strongest of them all is Viktor Orbán. (…) You know, the Hungarian one. (…) He was interviewed last week, you probably saw that, in which he was asked what he would tell President Biden to do, and he said
would tell him to resign immediately and put Trump in charge, let him be president again.
Then Viktor Orbán continued by saying, "for four years there was no problem in the world." China respected him, Russia respected him and North Korea respected him (Trump). And they were afraid of him... but Viktor Orbán, who is really a tough and honorable guy, said to put Trump back. When Trump was here, there was no problem...", the former president quoted Viktor Orbán's statement.
