After Nolimpia and Comrade Cseh's speech with a stick mixer, here is the latest, literally murderous idea: a referendum initiative to introduce active euthanasia.

Katalin Cseh announced the plan on social media:

"The Momentum Movement believes in freedom. We believe in human dignity. And we believe that a person can make their end-of-life decisions freely. This is a matter that should be left to social dialogue and should stand above daily party politics.

For this reason, together with the constitutional lawyer Dániel Karsai, Momentum submitted a referendum initiative to grant terminally ill patients the free decision to end their lives in Hungary, and to make room for active euthanasia.

The entire organization of Momentum is ready to collect the necessary number of signatures so that the Hungarian people can decide on this in a referendum. Our goal is to hold the referendum on June 9, at the same time as the European Parliament and local government elections, thereby ensuring a high turnout."

Is the state really obliged to ensure that no one suffers beyond a certain limit?
