It specifically offers many favorable conditions for Roma and disadvantaged young people to reach the labor market as soon as possible. With good salaries, writes Roma expert István Forgács on Facebook.

It must be understood that there is not a single chance, but a chain of chances and possibilities, which in turn build on each other. At the end of the chain (process), there is indeed the result, the fruit of social advancement, but to achieve it, you have to use every chance, every opportunity, none of them should be missed.

I'll say it again, none.

In other words, elementary school is a chance for someone to get another chance after finishing it: to get a profession. I've written it several times, I'll do it again.

Today's Hungarian vocational training system offers many favorable conditions for Roma and disadvantaged young people to reach the labor market as soon as possible. With good salaries.

Up to the age of 25 with tax exemption up to the average income. But for that, vocational training as a resource must also be seized, and everything must be done to ensure that they do not crumble - mostly as a result of their own bad decisions.

The Hungarian vocational training system is uniquely inclusive and flexible: it offers free vocational training up to the age of 25, and welcomes back those who have already left it.

It helps in the development of basic skills, the acquisition of basic knowledge, and the preliminary development of vocational training school suitability, while offering degrees in a variety of forms, from partial vocational qualifications to university entrance technician. Vocational training in Hungary is the total chance that the government cannot offer disadvantaged teenagers at the moment.
