Left-wing political activists stuck a molino on the front door of the apartment building where Tamás Lánczi, the recently appointed future head of the Office for the Protection of Sovereignty, lives.

"Those who have been fearing credit for weeks, feeling sorry for themselves, shouting ÁVH and pretending to be victims, are now trying to intimidate me with a sign nailed to the door of my apartment"

- said Tamás Lánczi, the recently appointed future head of the Office for the Protection of Sovereignty, in a Facebook post after left-wing political activists pasted molino on the front door of the apartment building in which he lives.

As he wrote: “Let us note two things:

  1. They don't have a problem with me, but with Hungarian sovereignty.
  2. No matter how hard they try to intimidate you, it won't work."

The President of the Republic Katalin Novák recently appointed Tamás Lánczi as the President of the Office for the Protection of Sovereignty with effect from January 15, 2024, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
