Comrades of the National Ambulance Service have been alerted to every settlement in Hungary in the past four years. It is not surprising that most cases occur in Budapest and the big cities, but it is less known where the ambulances did not go, the National Emergency Service (OMSZ) published.

As they informed, an ambulance was last called to Gagyapáti in 2019, but since the spring of 2021, no one has needed emergency care in Keresztéte and Nemesmedves either.

However, the siren sounds least often in Hegyhátszentmárton, since an ambulance was needed only once in 2021, but before that there was no rescue unit for six years.

The OMSZ put it this way: their comrades cover more than forty million kilometers on the country's roads every year, and regardless of which county someone needs care, they serve their profession according to the same professional protocols.
