It turned out that even hiding behind the mask of freedom of opinion and speech, it is not possible to do everything: his brutal, inciting articles reminiscent of Nazi times were finally removed by the publisher, which did not agree with his scandalous expressions against the Jewish people.

At first, the Marquard Group Hungary publishing house did not see anything objectionable in the contents written by one of the company's external authors, M. Boldizsár Nagy, the editor of the book Meseroszág ekkykyé. However, the publisher deleted the materials in question after several complaints, and apologizes for publishing the objectionable content after several complaints from readers.

The background of the case is that Dániel Nemes, an internet expert and businessman known as CyD, expressed his dissatisfaction on his Facebook page, because M. Boldizsár Nagy, the editor of the book "Meseorzág kejkyéké", contains inciting and untruthful content that is seriously detrimental to Jews. and the websites of ÉVA and InStyle, belonging to the Marquard Group Hungary media company.

"Noble Dániel objected that M. Boldizsár Nagy wrote that he had no problem with the Jewish religion, only with the government, but that the Jews had already arrived (!) for almost 100 years to where their ancestors supposedly (!) lived before, that massacre everyone, and then renamed the territory of Palestine to Israel, which is what it has been called ever since."

After that, Nemes wrote a letter to the head of the publishing house in Hungary and asked them to investigate whether the contents of the three objectionable articles in InStyle and Éva Magazin meet the values and quality expectations of the publishing house.

Nemes asked that, if not, then as a responsible publisher, they should remove them as soon as possible and publish a statement that truly reflects the publisher's position.

Since Dániel Nemes did not receive an answer for a relatively long time, he sent several urgent letters to the media company, and finally after about a week he received a negative response: the managing director Szilvia Fenyővári wrote to him that the publisher respects the author's rights to freedom of speech and press, and the writing was professionally appropriate, so they will not remove them, but Nemes is happy to share his objection.

Nemes stated in his reply letter that freedom of speech and the press also have moral and legal limits, and that these mentioned writings do not comply with them, nor are they compatible with press ethics and professionalism.

Dániel Nemes refused the opportunity to speak, saying that the questions presented were not opinionated, not one-sided, since what can be said about the fact that the Jews returned to the alleged lands of their ancestors to massacre them.

Nemes believed that this is not about opinions, but about "falsification of facts" and "pure Nazi incitement", which it is not his job to correct.

After a few hours, the aforementioned three articles disappeared, but according to Nemes, the publisher did not publish a statement at that time. Nemes considered the deletion of the articles a semi-success, saying "these three forms can no longer be read online, which reminded me of the better days of Der Stürmer. Nemes felt that the audience and he would deserve it if Éva and InStyle published a publisher's and editor-in-chief's announcement, correction, and position on the case after this.

Dániel Nemes also approached the new foreign owner of Marquard Group Hungary to take a position on the matter.

After this, Marquard Group Hungary sent the following response and resolution to Media 1, in which it confirmed that it had finally deleted the objected articles, and not only temporarily.

Changing their previous position, they admitted that the published writings were still professionally objectionable and could have offended some people.

This is exactly how Marquard put it:

"At the end of 2023, three articles by M. Boldizsár Nagy appeared on the online platforms of ÉVA and InStyle, which were about the relationship between Hollywood stars and world political events in the light of social media posts. Marquard Group Hungary received the reader's letter and requested a legal opinion. Although the legal position was not deemed necessary, the Publisher decided to remove the articles from its websites. The writings are professionally objectionable and may offend some readers. The articles were never readable in print magazines and will no longer be available online. Marquard Group Hungary apologizes to everyone who was offended by the articles in any way. There was no malicious intent on the part of the Publisher. The author is an external employee of the publisher, his personal opinion does not reflect the position of the editors."
