Ukrainian-speaking high school students arrive in droves.
February 5-9. organized by the Transcarpathian military administration, more than 100 Ukrainian-speaking students come to the winter camp of the Rákóczi Association in Sátoraljaújhely.
On Monday, February 5, at 4 p.m., the campers will be visited by Liliána Grexa, the Ukrainian Nationality Advocate of the Parliament.
The aim of the winter camp, which will take place between January 15 and February 9, is to help Transcarpathian high school and middle school students and their teachers break away from the difficult everyday life of war-torn Ukraine.
The organizers want to create an opportunity to relax in a good atmosphere and full of quality programs.
The camps take place in five-day shifts from Monday to Friday at the Rákóczi Hotel, Tábor és Rendezvényközpont in Sátoraljaújhely, where 150-200 students are expected each period.
Every tournament includes cultural, entertainment and sports programs, supplemented by excursions and performances for the age group, as well as unusual classes.
