We are facing a big election. Of course, local and European Union voting is the most important for us, but we are at least as interested in the results of the American presidential election.

This was also discussed at the season-opening Civil Academy, whose two guests László Csizmadia, the founding president of CÖF-CÖKA, and constitutional lawyer Zoltán Lomnici Jr., the spokesperson of the NGO, also brought up the issue of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

László Csizmadia:

• The majority of Hungarians - this was shown by the results of the previous parliamentary election - have already cast their vote in terms of idealism, and we continue on the path supported by them, while we have principles that we must stand by and fight for. This is why the European Union election is important, but the American presidential election is also coming in the fall, both of which can seriously influence our future. We must distinguish between the political and economic aspects, as the founding fathers knew.

It is clear that our lives are more directly affected by the economic side. As for political issues - which of course also affect the economy - the most important is peace, followed immediately by illegal migration. If we, the voters, cannot deal with these issues, then we are making a big mistake in Europe, but apparently the same is true in America. Now the world is not unipolar, America will not be able to act as the world's gendarme in the future, they can't handle it with force, they can't handle it with economy and they can't handle it spiritually either, especially if you look at President Biden's mistakes and errors.

In addition to respecting the elderly, this situation is quite thought-provoking.

• As far as Europe is concerned, the ninth of June is coming, when we will express our opinion on some things with our vote. For example, about our commitment to peacemaking. We can no longer clash with great powers, because when we did, we were always the losers. This is a huge lesson. The policy of the Fidesz-KDNP government calls for the creation of peace, and there is no backing down on the issue of peace.

It is not true that the war between the aggressor Russia and the attacked Ukraine must last indefinitely.

• War only serves the great powers. because the weapons have to be sold, new factories have to be opened, and a huge armament has to be started. The American foreign minister himself admitted that the war brings economic benefits to the USA, when he announced that 90 percent of what is invested in Ukraine comes back to America.

I think that the loser of the war is Ukraine, the Ukrainians and, unfortunately, the Hungarian people living there, who are conscripted, and the bullet does not choose according to nationality. In addition, the whole country loses.

Maybe Viktor Orbán said that Ukraine actually no longer exists. A third of it was occupied by the Russians, the rest was bought up by the Americans, the country was put in debt, and they can moan about repayment for 60 years or even longer, and in miserable conditions.

This is why we must say no to war, and the summer election is a good opportunity for this.

People who are pro-war and who also want to be proxies for a Europe where the USA wants to implement a federal system are unacceptable to us. Things didn't go well for America in Vietnam, it didn't go well in Afghanistan, it didn't go well in Africa, so they are trying to occupy Europe, which is still relatively economically strong. We cannot allow this to happen, we must not send people to the European Union who have already believed in the war and the federal union.

• Another important issue is illegal migration. They managed to push an army into Europe for free. This was also well thought out, because no-go zones were created with this free army, the possibility of a dual society was created, and not even American blood was shed. Of course not in 1956 either, they just made us believe and let Hungarian blood flow without a chance of victory.

The mainstream leadership of the European Union is not interested in the fate of its member countries either, as the case of Ukrainian foodstuffs shows. And what happens? Agriculture is collapsing.

This is simply well poisoning, because the food coming from Ukraine contains banned chemicals, is genetically modified and because no European rules apply to them, they are much cheaper, i.e. they are killing European agriculture. But this does not interest the European Union. So let's use our common sense and confuse those who serve this policy, who have betrayed and continue to betray the Hungarian homeland for Jewish money.

Zoltán Lomnici Jr.:

• The greatness of a nation, a country is determined by its economic potential, intellectual potential and military potential, and from this point of view we must say that the clear winner of the 20th century is the United States, but who will win the 21st century to win is still an open question. Prime Minister Viktor Orbán spoke at Tusványos about how

there are two Suns in the sky, and this can be attributed to the fact that China has already overtaken the United States in terms of certain numbers.

• As far as our region is concerned, what happened in Poland is a huge tragedy. Because even though democracy won - what else would have won if a force from Brussels prevailed? – but the situation is that the region will be a serious loser of this victory, since the cooperation of the V4 would be important from an economic, intellectual, and even military point of view. The survival of this so-called Western world can only be imagined along the lines of correct partnership relations, be it military, economic or intellectual cooperation.

Let me also list diplomatic cooperation here, which does not work. There is this ambassador named David Pressman, who invited Márton Gyöngyösi to a Seder evening.

It's a matter of taste who judges this nice antipathetic, anti-Semitic young man, who in 2012 wanted to list representatives with Israeli citizenship, but has improved, so according to Pressman, he deserves a fresh start.

It will turn out that in a 2020 correspondence, the Hungarian Prime Minister was branded a Zionist mercenary. The ambassador made two mistakes. One is that he didn't apologize after Márton Gyöngyösi's debauchery, and the other is that he once again de-Nazified a nation. When I saw that there is a Klaus Barbie traditionalist association in America, the stronghold of liberal democracy, I guessed that it was not the figure of the Mattel doll that had something to do with this thing, but rather a mass murderer.

And when I see now in the twenty-sixth thousandth blockbuster series or movie the presentation of the Aryan Brotherhood, a group that dominates American prisons, even though groups of this type should be ashamed, not boasted about, then I have to say that something

American democrats have a very, very skewed idea of what is decency, what is correctness, what is human dignity and let's add how a diplomat should behave.

By the way, the relevant Vienna Convention requires, so it doesn't just mention it, it directly requires the diplomat to respect the norms of the country to which he is delegated, but somehow this has so far escaped Ambassador Pressman's attention.

• It is also thought-provoking how stubbornly some people cling to power. I look at old age with deep respect, but if someone is the first person in the world's leading power, there are aspects that override the fact that we respect the old man in Joe Biden by himself.

It is a serious mistake to keep a person in power who is suffering from severe dementia, who does not know about himself, and who is slowly unable to even take care of himself.

Far be it from me to praise the Russian president, but after the Tucker Carlson interview, the mental state of Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden can be compared. Putin gave thought-provoking answers to some questions, how does the European Union react? Ban Carlson from Europe. This is the solution of tolerant liberals. I really can't say anything about this, I'm getting so fed up with these liberal democrats that I can't even say it.

• Returning to the question of peace, we could see the last moments of a state squeezed to the extreme, if Ukraine were not on a ventilator. This situation causes incredible suffering to the people. This is true looking at both sides, and the one who started it bears the real responsibility, but the one who keeps the state and nation in the war, which is already in a dead state, is also guilty of a great sin.

There is also the responsibility, especially when Foreign Minister Antony Blinken says without batting an eye that the Ukrainian aid actually pays off. Or what the director of the CIA said: some money is spent, but in comparison, the geopolitical payoff of what we are doing with Ukraine is much greater.

How can you think of people like that? If someone uses cattle and slaughterhouses as an example, we are still horrified, but you can't talk like that about human beings.

• I don't like the Democrats, Uncle Gyuri or Biden one bit, but America still has intellectual capital, knowledge or practice that can be drawn from. The other big hope is Donald Trump. There will be an election on Tuesday, November 5, we are already cutting the centimeter, because

if Trump really returns to the White House, radical changes will come and the childhood illnesses he suffered from during his first presidency will certainly disappear.

There is a very important think tank in America called the Heritage Foundation, which has now lined up behind Trump, so today it is going into battle with its pockets full of ammunition that were empty back in 2016. No human being has been dragged as far in the history of modern America as Donald Trump, but to quote a biblical passage:

whoever is humbled will be exalted.

Let's trust this and wait for the return of President Trump!
