The fans of the Ferencváros football team already started the "war" against the Greeks at dawn, and in the evening they promise hell on Üllői út in the second leg of the European Conference League.
Fradi starts with a one-goal deficit on Thursday night against the Greek champion team, which won 1-0 at home. Fighting for promotion and reaching the round of 16 is not impossible, and the green and whites will be given all the help they need by the ultras, who already did this early in the morning to ensure that the Olimpiakosz football players did not arrive rested for the rematch on Üllői Street.
The members of the Green Monsters, the fan group of Fradi's biggest organization, "visited" the Greek team at 3:00 in the morning, setting off fireworks at the football players' accommodation to disturb the rest of the rival members before today's match.
"The sunrise of our wonderful capital is a must-see for every tourist. However, it is worth getting up on time for this program," Green Monsters wrote in its post.
The DJs promise a hellish atmosphere even in the evening, and a full house is guaranteed. According to their hopes, there will be fireworks not only now, but also in the evening at the gates of Olympiakos. The stakes are not small, Fradi can earn approximately HUF 233 million if they beat the Greeks. The European Football Association (UEFA) pays 600,000 euros for reaching the round of 16. According to press information, 1,000-1,400 Greek pilgrims arrived in Budapest.
