Our civil citizens, our intellectual patriots, could hear a straight speech based on morals from our newly elected president of the republic. His speech was devoid of wallowing. He instilled trust with his confession. By placing the identity of the Hungarian and European nations in the foreground, he illuminated the path of the future. By uniting Hungarians, he saw our strength in the primacy of the people's majesty, using a more modern expression in our identity.
With this, he promised to observe the classic form of legal service, using the lessons of our legal history as a support, the mandatory signposts of our current Basic Law and Constitution conceived in democracy.
We, spiritual defenders of the country, join his view, which prioritizes the interests of all Hungarians and the message of public morality instead of the philosophy of gaining power at all costs. We express our hope that in addition to the guarantee of the rule of law, the people of Europe will be able to exercise their freedom of opinion and their right to vote in June 2024, guiding our future on the right path.
CÖF-CÖKA, preserving its identity established in 2009, welcomes the election of Dr. Tamás Sulyok as head of state! We offer our support for your work!
Unfortunately, most of the Hungarian opposition was not interested in the words of the head of state addressed to all Hungarian citizens. It is an eternal truth that it is never too late to learn! Thanks go to the ruling parties that won the 2022 elections for quickly and responsibly fulfilling their duty and restoring the integrity of the state apparatus.
Public morality, as a value, won. We can say that we are going forward, not backward!
