Dear friends!
We thank you for your many interests and suggestions regarding the organization of the Peace Procession. Evaluating these, we decided not to organize a Peace March on March 15, our national holiday.
Our goal is to remember the heroes of the 1848 revolution and express our gratitude for their actions for the preservation of our nation.
We remember the Polish freedom fighters who fought with us at that time and place wreaths of gratitude in front of the monuments erected to them.
CÖF-CÖKA's holiday program:
11:00 Our clubs participate in the state ceremony
13:00 Wreath-laying and commemoration of II.
Bem square in the district, at the Bem statue 2:00 p.m. Wreath-laying and commemoration in the Katyn Martyrs Memorial Park (District III, Katyn Martyrs Memorial Park)
We welcome our Hungarian and Polish friends to the events!
Please come with a Hungarian, Polish and CÖF flag in addition to the cockade if possible!
We will determine the date of the Peace March in accordance with Hungarian and international events, based on the suggestion of our intellectual patriots.
