Why won't there be a Peace March? Some of our readers ask this, indicating that there is a demand for it. But as the founding president of CÖF-CÖKA, which organized that event, László Csizmadia, said several times: the movement is not light cavalry, but heavy artillery.
Many events have taken place in the past few months that have boiled the blood of Christian-conservative citizens who love their country, so overall it is understandable if they want to give a demonstrative sign of their commitment to the government and Hungary, but neither a DK poster nor an influenza demonstration it is not so important to shoot sparrows with a cannon. The celebration of the revolution and freedom struggle of 1848 is more elevated and dignified than the fact that we now use it to take a stand for (or against) daily political so-and-so.
Of course, our portal is not the place to answer the question why there won't be a Peace March, so we asked László Csizmadia, the president of CÖF-CÖKA, for an explanation.
