If it is unquestionable in a society that pedophilia is bad and everything must be done against it, then this principle must also apply to drugs, declared István Forgács.

The expert on Roma affairs spoke with Kristóf Téglásy, the strategic director of the Drug Research Institute, about drug consumption habits affecting Roma communities.

The speaker pointed out that where there are drugs, there is often domestic violence, prostitution and other factors that hinder development.

In gypsy communities, even the weakest drug is considered a gateway drug and is naturally integrated into everyday life

- stated the expert, who believes that political correctness suppresses meaningful dialogue on this issue.

He emphasized that the consumer can be exploited because he is willing to use practically any drug, and the drug dealer demands a price in return, and if there is no money, the law of supply and demand creates prostitution.

However, the members of the gypsy communities can only make the wrong decision once: while for others the life path can be straightened out, the downward slide is unstoppable.

- stated István Forgács, who believes that the local effect of legalization is different, different from community to community, which is why it is wrong and a general ban is needed.
