Russian foreign affairs spokeswoman Maria Zakharova posted a sarcastic comment on her Instagram page: “Among world leaders
only Zelensky "had the sense" to blame Russia for the terrorist attack in Moscow".
He added: "No curse could destroy Volodymyr Zelensky with such force as his own self-disclosure".
In a video posted on his Facebook page, Volodymyr Zelensky said his own about the terrorist attack in Moscow: the essence of this is that it is all the fault of the Russians.
