According to the prime minister, the migration pact is another nail in the EU's coffin.

On the X social media platform, Viktor Orbán commented on the migration pact that was adopted by the European Parliament on Wednesday.

In the post in English, the Hungarian Prime Minister pointed out that the migration pact is another nail in the coffin of the European Union.

"Unity is dead, safe borders are no more. Hungary will never give in to migration madness! Change is needed in Brussels in order to stop migration," stated Viktor Orbán.

It is known: the EP adopted the pact on Wednesday, which imposes mandatory solidarity on the member states and expects a faster assessment of asylum applications. But it also states that member states must choose: either accept migrants or pay.
