Two lawyers borrowed nearly HUF 1.4 billion from Sunstrike Hungary Kft., involved in the bridging money scandal - among other things, this was revealed in the report released by the Government Audit Office on Friday. Contrary to Karácsony's argument, according to Kehi, there is a temporal connection between the public procurement conducted in connection with Lánchíd and the suspicious references made to Vig Mór's company.
The Government Audit Office (KEHI) established, among other things, that HUF 1,330,119,759 had been transferred to Sunstrike Hungary Kft., in connection with the transactions of which company the National Tax and Customs Administration is investigating, reports Origo .
However, based on the data obtained, it appeared that A-Híd Zrt. made transfers to Sunstrike Hungary Kft. on three occasions (November 4, 2020, December 9, 2020 and January 19, 2021) even before the conclusion of the main contractor contract. for, but even the first transfer is related in time to the 6 processes of the public procurement procedure.
According to KEHI, for the first time, A-Híd Zrt. made a transfer to Sunstrike Hungary Kft. in the amount of HUF 71,648,320 one week after the breakdown of the bids received during the public procurement procedure announced in connection with the Chain Bridge project (October 28, 2020). From the report, a total of HUF 1,545,064,719 was transferred.
Sunstrike Hungary Kft. transferred a total of HUF 1,509,716,000 from its income to two lawyers, one of whom had an office in the same building.
HUF 1,343,174,000 of the transferred amount was withdrawn in cash 39 times, typically on the day of the transfer or within a few days after, in a way that can be identified based on the date and amount of the transactions.
A temporal relationship can be discovered between the sequence of transfers and cash withdrawals, as well as the payments received by the investor.
You can see the exact time and amount of cash withdrawals in the table below.
