Artists, musicians, and dancers come together to help compatriots in a war situation.
Fonó Budai Zeneház organizes an evening Together for each other to help the Subcarpathian Hungarians who are at war. on April 27.
The organizers remind us that Hungarian solidarity does not only extend to the border and that culture can help our fellow citizens even in difficult situations.
In the evening, we will present the diversity of the folk art of Subcarpathia together with our artist friends living abroad and at home, with which our aim is to help the Hungarians of Subcarpathia who are in a war situation - emphasized the organizers.
Subcarpathian folk musician Lajos Pál, the Subcarpathian Dance Ensemble, the Kokas Band, the Csipkés Orchestra, the Sodró Ensemble, the Prima Volta Orchestra, the Cifra Orchestra and the Paladi Boys will be special guests of the Fonó event. The evening is hosted by István Pál "Szalonna", dancer Máté Módos, photographer Levente Váradi, folk dancer Mir Dávid Hessami. An exhibition of Levente Váradi's pictures will also await the audience.
In addition to full-price HUF 4,000 tickets for the event, supporter tickets can also be exchanged.
Other supporters of the evening include Szalonna and her Band, the dance troupe of the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble and the Forrás Folk Dance Ensemble.
