The government party member in the opposition in Óbuda added that when the left-wing city administration voted for the action in the representative body last December, they also supported it, since who would not agree that needy pensioners should be helped. However, no one thought - added Puskás - that the limit of the extraordinary aid would be drawn well, one hundred thousand forints above the net domestic average salary.
In addition, the amount set in the budget for this is set at HUF 260 million. However, according to Puskás, this is a fraudulent behavior, since it does not help the low pensioners, the really needy people, much.
The pensioners also had to register, and during this, for example, provide their data (the social security number), which raises data protection concerns, and for this reason the local Fidesz-KDNP turned to the government office and the data protection authority.

The politician indicated that the data protection authority will also be approached in the case to investigate whether a violation of the law occurred during the registration.
