A new frenzy is conquering the West: intellectuals demanding the abolition of Israel are popular in some European and American universities. Written by Dániel Kacsoh.

Just some colorful news from the recent past, from the western half of the world, so to speak:

More than a thousand people protested in Hamburg, some holding placards demanding the introduction of sharia and the establishment of a caliphate. Chancellor Olaf Scholz has declared zero tolerance for such ideas, but the government is under a lot of pressure, for example from Soros' Human Rights Watch, that it does not adequately protect Muslims from discrimination.

The demonstrations started in response to this.

The pro-Palestinian, specifically anti-Israel, demonstrations have been taking place at the American Columbia University since mid-April, the protesters set up a tent camp, and on Sunday they displayed the Palestinian flag on the Hamilton Hall building, which also includes the dean's office.

Students of Jewish origin were not allowed to enter the university, and a professor had to flee when he tried to enter.

Demonstration students shouted "we are globalizing the intifada" and "from the river to the sea Palestine will be free".

Similar scenes took place on the famous UCLA campus of the University of California, Los Angeles, where pro-Israel organizations fought with young people demanding the abolition of Israel and the "liberation" of Palestine. The police had to intervene here as well.

The same is true in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, as well as more than twenty other campuses.

Quote from protesting students: "Kill all Jews!" and "October 7th ten thousand more times!"

According to a recording circulating on the Internet, Harvard students protesting there also took down the American flag from Harvard University and replaced it with a Palestinian flag. Student organizations here publicly supported Israel even after the unprecedented terrorist attack by Hamas last October.

Students held an anti-Israel demonstration, among other things, at the French Sorbonne University.

Like this. And we could go on and on.

Criticism of the policy of the State of Israel can be justified, indeed!

But it looks very much like the Western elite, burdened with immigration, multiculturalism and some confusion, has started playing very anti-Semitic chords. They didn't start today, but the process is getting worrisome.

Criticism is not the same as the desire to destroy. Regarding the situation in the Middle East, the medicine of post-liberal politicians who are not merely ill-informed, but probably biased intellectuals, opinion leaders and the votes of the mostly Muslim immigrants, has started to wear off, and this may have unforeseeable consequences.

In addition to the NGO goals for LGBTQI and trans rights, as well as for complete climate neutrality, an agenda flirting with the desire to erase the State of Israel from the face of the earth has also arrived.

saying: the country is committing genocide, it must lose. In other words, the concerned agitators are in the same camp as the Muslim theocratic state that sends drones and missiles to Israel, Iran and its associates, where they would probably be pelted with stones on the street because of their ideas concerning other areas of life.

I recommend to the activists, intoxicated students and teachers, and some overworked Soros organizations, who blow a stone with Tehran regarding the destruction of Israel: don't use their colorful flags and green thoughts in Tehran or Riyadh!

Of course they don't, they get lost in the so-called Western prosperity.

It doesn't hurt to know that the Jewish state is actually much closer to them in terms of human rights and democratic values than the truly tormented Gaza or the West Bank.

Of course, the same circles are now also there for war madness - the world is certainly starting to turn upside down. It's time for some strategic sanity!
