The prime minister sued several editors for their material about Spar, and also as a private individual.

This week, Economx received a letter from the Capital Court, because Viktor Orbán initiated a lawsuit against them. The Prime Minister, as a plaintiff, objects to the news site's article about Spar. Since the article was taken from them by many in the domestic press, they were also sued by the prime minister.

On March 16, Economx published the article entitled "The Austrian Spar group flees from Viktor Orbán's oligarchs"

to the article of the German portal and the Spar manager's statement that " Spar Österreich will das Vermögen vor den Fängen des ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orban sichern",  they wrote:

Spar's operations in Hungary were reorganized in order to protect the company from "Orbán's clutches".

In addition to Economx, Indamédia's other publication, Index, was also sued - according to Média1 - together with 444.hu, 24.hu and Klubrádio.
