The AI-generated foreign minister, modeled after a singer and reality TV star for the greater glory of democracy, has debuted.
Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs will now make official statements on behalf of Victoria Shi, Ukraine's new artificial intelligence-generated negro politically correct spokesperson. According to the ministry, the statements will still be written and verified by people, but for the first time in history, they will be read by a "digital spokesperson".
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba emphasized that artificial intelligence essentially only helps to generate visual elements, and as he said, the new spokesperson represents "a technological leap that no diplomatic service in the world has ever made."

The creation of Victoria Shi was justified by saving diplomats' time and resources.
The new spokeswoman's look and voice were modeled after a real person, singer and reality TV star Rosalie Nombre. Born in Donetsk (?), Nombre has more than 50 thousand followers on Instagram . The celebrity participated in the project for free.
In order to avoid forgeries, the declarations will be accompanied by a QR code that will link them to the texts on the ministry's website.
