The price of such a trip is around 250 euros, and there are several companies involved in organizing trips during which tourists are also provided with an English-speaking guide.

War tourism is flourishing in Ukraine, there are many people who travel to the war-torn country to see the devastation with their own eyes, and even more and more people venture close to the front line to hear explosions and gunfire. However, the war was not a tourist attraction, it ruined the lives of millions.

The war in Ukraine has been going on for two years, and in recent months, war tourism has boomed in the country. One of the "most popular" destinations is the city of Bucsa, which used to be the scene of devastating battles, the news agency V4na.com writes in its article.

Catastrophism gained momentum after countless recordings of the country appeared on social media.

The price of such a trip is around 250 euros, and there are several companies involved in organizing trips during which tourists are also provided with an English-speaking guide.

The companies also guarantee that visitors will be able to talk to locals and will only travel on "safe routes". They go to destroyed places, for example, to hear explosions or to take a photo for Instagram.

Some people go to Ukraine under the pretext of humanitarian assistance, but they do not bring real help, they just want to see the war with their own eyes. As early as August 2022, Business Insider reported that a company specifically organizes tours designed to show what it's like to live in war. At that time, more than two hundred trips were booked.

The organizers wrote that those who sign up for the tour will be able to see shelled buildings, bomb debris and destroyed military equipment, but should also expect active landmines and airstrikes.

However, the war is not a tourist attraction, it has ruined the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in the past year. Many homes are destroyed, millions have fled the country, and air raid alerts continue to be sounded across Ukraine. And the funerals are also happening, hundreds of thousands of people have already lost their lives in the war.
