Organizing and conducting a mass event is a huge challenge and responsibility, so the prerequisite for a safe arrangement is the observance and enforcement of certain rules of conduct that apply to everyone, as well as the prescription and mandatory application of safety rules. HOUSE RULES, PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND SAFETY REGULATIONS

Visitors may not enter the Event with restricted items. The Event ends on 01.06.2024 at 13:00 and on 01.06.2024 at 17:00. Compliance with the code of conduct is mandatory at the venue of the Event.

The security service acting on behalf of the Organizer - CXXXIII of 2005 on the rules of personal and property protection, as well as private investigative activities. in accordance with § 26 (1) points a) - c) of the Act - is entitled to check compliance with the above on a random basis in the Event area, to which the visitor is obliged to submit.

The Organizer has the right to add anything to the list of prohibited items in the Event area and to determine the method of checking this within the framework of the governing legal provisions, which information is provided at the entry points, as well as in this policy and in the data protection information for visitors.

  • objects or devices containing explosive, toxic or flammable substances, firearms, stabbing, striking and cutting devices, other objects particularly dangerous to public safety
  • drone or any remote controlled device or toy
  • bicycle, scooter, scooter, roller skates, skateboard
  • live animal (except legally defined assistance and guide dogs)

 YOU CAN BRING:

  • the length of the flagpoles and the poles of signs and banners brought to the Event may not exceed 1.5 meters, and their use may not violate the rules

 VISITOR MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT AREA IF:

  • The lives, physical integrity, and property rights of other persons; endangers the integrity of their property, the natural environment, and interferes with the conduct of the Event
  • Shows defiantly anti-community, violent behavior that is capable of causing offense or alarm in others, or otherwise shows behavior that is the basis for police action
  • Incites against members of other social groups or otherwise incites unrest in the audience with his aggressive behavior, otherwise violates the regulations of the Code of Conduct and applicable laws
  • On behalf of the Organizer, in the case of possession of particularly dangerous to public safety and pyrotechnic devices, as well as prohibited objects specified by the Organizer, in the Event area, the owner of the object will be escorted out of the area if they are inside.
  • In justified cases, the violator will be detained until police action is taken

 The Organizer may make audio and video recordings of the Event, and operates a surveillance system for security purposes. The data protection information regarding the handling of the personal data of the participants of the Event is available at the Information Point at the location of the Event. The visitor also acknowledges that other visitors and other third parties (for example: representatives of the press) may also record the Event and those present at it, however, in the case of such recordings made by other visitors and third parties, for the legality of the recording and use, these persons are solely responsible, the affected visitor can contact them in order to exercise their rights.

 The Organizer assumes no responsibility for items left at the Event, as well as for other damages not attributable to the Organizer.
