DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

The purpose of the data management is to present the Peace March of the Data Controller through the making of the recordings, to introduce them to the public, and to document the recordings for historical purposes. The legal basis for Data Management is the recordings made at the event, so in particular mass recordings (where the people in the recording appear as a crowd, and a specific person or persons are not highlighted in the given recording), as well as in the case of recordings of public appearances (public speeches, performances) the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (GDPR Article 6 (1) point f), in the case of mass recordings or recordings of public appearances, and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: " Ptk. ") 2:48. § (2)), which is the presentation, familiarization, and documentation of the above event in order to describe the event and to record the outstanding events of the Data Controller. The Data Controller handles the recordings for the purpose of presenting them to the public (including, in particular: internet use on the Data Controller's social media page and website, as well as display through the press and television broadcasts), as well as for the purpose of documenting the above event (including cutting the recordings for the above purpose, compilation or presentation as part of a program), until the legitimate objection of the parties concerned.
It should be emphasized that other persons may also make recordings at the location of the above event (including in particular: media service providers, representatives of the press), however, as data controllers, these other persons are solely responsible for the making and use of these recordings in accordance with the laws governing them and their own data protection information.
Affected rights and remedies:
The data subject has the right to receive free of charge information about the management of his personal data and access to them (GDPR Article 15), including a request for a copy of the recording made of him. In addition, if the given recording is no longer necessary for the purposes of data management, or if the data subject has legally objected to the processing of his personal data, the data subject has the right to delete his personal data (GDPR Article 17) or to restrict data management (GDPR Article 18), if The data controller does not need the personal data, but the data subject requires them to submit, enforce or defend legal claims, and if the data subject has objected to data processing; in this case, the restriction applies to the period until it is determined whether the Data Controller's legitimate reasons take precedence over the data subject's legitimate reasons.
In addition to the above, the Data Controller specifically draws the attention of the data subject to the fact that the data subject is also entitled to exercise the right to object (GDPR Article 21) in the case of data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller above. In this case, the Data Controller may no longer process the personal data, unless the Data Controller proves that the data processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons that take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or that are related to the presentation, enforcement or defense of legal claims . In connection with this, the Data Controller has summarized the legitimate interests of the Data Controller above, but the data subject is entitled to request the Data Controller to present the relevant interest assessment test.
