The pro-peace policy was confirmed on Sunday, and from now on we will redouble our pro-peace efforts, the Prime Minister announced early on Monday.

– We lost three cities with county rights and won four. In the capital, we lost one district and won one - said the head of government.

On Sunday, the pro-peace policy was confirmed, announced Viktor Orbán, who promised to redouble the pro-peace efforts from now on.

Viktor Orbán said that the turnout in the municipal and European Parliament elections in Hungary was 57 percent. "Democracy thanks you very much, it's good, it's also a good record," he assessed.

He congratulated the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania, which reached the 5 percent necessary for entry in a "deathly struggle", and then added: two elections were held in Budapest and Hungary, and they won both.

Moreover, we won important victories in a war situation, in a difficult battle - stressed Viktor Orbán.

In Hungary today, the people have made it clear that they want peace - the prime minister and the president of Fidesz evaluated the results of the European Parliament election at the results meeting of the ruling parties at the Bálna National Defense Center.

The Prime Minister said: the message and political content of the European Parliament elections can be formulated as the people in Hungary have sent a clear message today; they want peace, if they have to choose between war and peace, they choose peace.

He added that the pro-peace government policy had been confirmed. According to his words, he can undertake as the head of the government: with this authority behind him, the government fights with redoubled strength to keep Hungary out of the war.

According to him, the results could be sent by telegram to Brussels as STOP WAR, STOP GENDER, STOP MIGRATION, STOP SERIES.

"Providence has a sense of humor, because Momentum was written out of Hungarian history in the year of the Paris Olympics," he said, referring to the fact that the liberal party burst into public life with the NOOlympia campaign.

The Hungarian people, he pointed out, clearly communicated that they will punish those who work against their country in Brussels. They were all voted down.

– Today we defeated the old opposition, we defeated the new opposition. And it doesn't matter what the "Soros" opposition is called, we will defeat it, he declared.

The Hungarian people said clearly: those who turn against their country in Brussels will be punished, said Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, adding: the people do not ask for those who work against their country, they voted them all off.

The prime minister thanked the activists of Fidesz and KDNP for the fantastic work they have done in the past sixty and the last few days. The day of one million meetings on Saturday will remain a European record for a long time, perhaps not longer than two years, Viktor Orbán noted.

He told his followers, the volunteers, activists, foot soldiers, and street fighters that they had defeated the old and the new opposition, and no matter what they called the current opposition, they would always be defeated again and again.
