The librarians of the Sándor Vachott City Library in Gyöngyös became known in 2022 for presenting the excellence of Russian literature - told in rap. The idea for the unusual video was born during the coronavirus epidemic, which quickly became popular.
Now they made another music video, this time the theme was the history of Gyöngyös.
In Gyöngyös, the "world-famous" Library Newsreader worked with his friends to create the anthem of his 690-year-old beloved city this year, which is also the hit of the summer that exploded this week!

Among other things, the clip was created to strengthen cohesion instead of divisiveness, since we all live here, breathe the same air, use the same roundabouts and laugh at the same jokes - hopefully in this video as well.
The song has an undisguised educational purpose to introduce the city and its history, as well as to renew the concept of city marketing. Happy birthday Gyöngyös, 690 more years to come!
