The Hungarian Prime Minister held a telephone consultation with the re-elected President of the European Commission. This was revealed in Viktor Orbán's latest X post.
"Following my last consultation with the president of the commission, my candidate for the position of the European Commission is once again Olivér Várhelyi," wrote the Hungarian prime minister.
"During the past five years, Commissioner Várhelyi has demonstrated that the EU can act as a positive force in its neighborhood and beyond. He will do an excellent job in the next Commission!” - announced Viktor Orbán in his post.
