The work has already begun and he has issued instructions to his government as well as his diplomatic team.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky plans to develop an action plan by the end of November to bring peace to Ukraine and end the Russian-Ukrainian war. The head of state spoke about this to the Japanese NHK television in an interview.

Zelensky said the work had already begun and issued instructions to his government and diplomatic team. Zelensky highlighted two points that he believes can be used to end the Russian-Ukrainian war.

– The first is the strengthening of the Ukrainian army, primarily with the support of the United States. The second is the international diplomatic pressure on Russia, Zelensky said, according to whom this is the condition for a just end to the war.

The president said that Kyiv is starting a detailed dialogue with the countries concerned on territorial integrity and other issues.

Zelensky, however, said he could not respond to calls for a ceasefire as long as Russia continued to occupy Ukrainian territory.

With his announcement, the Ukrainian head of state suggested that he had taken a slightly more lenient position compared to his previous peace plan, and the background of this is certainly the developments of the American presidential election campaign. Zelensky recently called Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, who, according to most polls, will be president again.

Zelensky previously admitted to the British public media BBC that if Russia is able to conduct real negotiations, then the Ukrainian head of state will be willing to initiate a discussion about the peace ending the war - this is also a big step forward, because before that Zelensky was forbidden by law to negotiate with Putin.

As is well known, Ukraine is planning to organize the second peace summit for the period before the American presidential election to be held in November. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that Russia will not participate in this summit either.

The Kremlin has repeatedly rejected Ukraine's peace efforts and its ten-point formula, which the Russians called irrelevant and an ultimatum.
