It is common to see the parallels between the first days of World War II and today's Euro-Atlantic public mood: long live the war, let's start a trade blockade, only one can remain! At the beginning, everyone is enthusiastic, it always takes a few years and a few million dead to sober up.

But in the case of Hungary, there is another parallel, namely the end of the World War. We were well punished for the sins of others, and even though we were right, the dog didn't care.

They refused to recognize even the most basic conditions for our survival, they prescribed total destruction for us. The country was not merely mutilated, but caused a complete economic, social and infrastructural collapse. The fact that it didn't turn out that way, that we didn't fulfill the planned fate, was God's grace.

The private groom of the leadership of the European Union, Ukraine, breaking all written and unwritten rules and association agreements, started turning the tap on the oil pipeline with the avowed goal of destroying Hungary, causing chaos, energy shortages, and economic collapse, and this caused unanimous disinterest in the world.

If we accept the explanation that all this was Ukraine's own, separate idea, and not a request from Washington and Brussels, the reactions are still horrifying. Or lack of reactions.

"I spoke with Minister Péter Szijjártó to find out more about Hungary's energy security. Ukraine confirmed that the ongoing oil transit to Hungary and Slovakia was not affected by the sanctions because Lukoil does not own the oil. Regardless, it is important to reduce energy dependence on Russia"

- Valdis Dombrovskis, Economic and Trade Commissioner of the European Commission, posted on his social media page. The European Commission has therefore announced that it has examined the matter and found that the Hungarian oil supply is not in danger. It doesn't matter what the reality is, it doesn't matter what the consequences are, they don't deal with it. The Ukrainians proudly state that the EU leadership sided with them in the debate, supporting them against the most basic interest of Slovakia and Hungary, secure energy supply.

Who is right? Us. And does anyone care? No.

Today they are having fun with petroleum, tomorrow they will have a new idea, because the goal remains the same: Hungary must be punished for the crimes of others. Did Putin invade Ukraine? Let's destroy Hungary! Is China making life difficult for Americans with its industrial "overcapacity"? Let's destroy Hungary! Are too many immigrants coming to Dublin? Let's destroy Hungary! No wind in Germany, so we have to burn lignite? Let's destroy Hungary! And there are quite a few quirks, once the Luxembourg court, another time the report of a body composed of idiots from the EP, now the so-called matchmaker Ukraine. Whoever will be asked next time to attack Hungary, since Putin can be defeated by occupying and destroying Hungary. In return, we will be right.

While we are (quite rightly) creating the Hungarian grand strategy, with which we can (according to our hopes) be victorious in the second half of the century, it doesn't hurt to think about how we will survive the next couple of years. Just as in 1920, we had to figure out that although we are right, there is still a tomorrow that we are not going to spend in the people's graveyard.

And the hell doesn't know what the solution is, but let's definitely agree with our Israeli friends, because everyone else hates them besides us, and then, if they're not raining rockets on them, they're doing quite well in the not-so-heartwarming part of the Middle East. They succeeded in the diplomatic feat of sinking their relations with their traditional enemies, Russia, Turkey and America. Nevertheless, they will be worth tomorrow, because in addition to Israel's grand strategy, they will also carry out such small work as blowing up Ursula von der Leyene of Hamas in Tehran. For example.

So let's not only be right, but also our future!
