According to Dániel Deák, the 21 Research Center is highly questionable.

- Even before the 2022 election, left-wing researchers have already produced figures according to which the opposition is in the lead. Referring to this, there was great enthusiasm on the left, and then the moment of truth came, Fidesz won the election by a landslide - reminded Dániel Deák, the XXI. Század Institute senior analyst.

As is well known, several left-wing media outlets and analysts published a recent opinion poll conducted by the 21 Research Center on behalf of Partizán, according to which Fidesz-KDNP still maintains its advantage among all respondents, but the Tisza Party is already ahead of the government parties among certain party voters.

However, this is highly questionable due to the methodology, as people were only asked online, which distorts from the start and does not ensure the necessary conditions for representativeness, i.e.

it is not known to what extent the research can correspond to real social processes.

On the part of leftist researchers used as a means of raising hope, this lying in periods far from the elections is relatively risk-free, since later they will be able to say that people's opinions have fundamentally changed during the campaign period - Dániel Deák pointed out in his post.
