However, their leader is lying otherwise.
On his Facebook page, Péter Magyar claimed that the DK and Fidesz "merged" at the session of the Capital Assembly on Wednesday, that the two parties voted together. Alexandra Szentkirályi responded to this interesting suggestion with the minutes of the votes, from which it is clearly seen that
the Tiszas voted with the Gyurcsánys in two-thirds of the cases.
"Peter, does he really run that much?" - Szentkirályi asked the party leader - "Or do you have no idea what your representatives are doing in Budapest?".
Maybe there isn't, because instead of the party leader, Ervin Nagy was now in charge from the background.
It also turned out that together with the DK, Tisza voted down the idea that the districts could also apply for EU funds in order to renovate their rental housing stock, but they even prevented the relaunch of Budapest Info. The Péter Magyars even voted down Fidesz's proposal on utility reduction.
