Around the Day of the Dead, it is really important to realize: the material world is just wrapping paper, what is eternal is the human soul.

It is important to draw attention to our children, but also to ourselves, that even though we are going to the cemetery at this time, we are still preparing for eternity - said Csaba Böjte on the Day of the Dead.

The Metropol asked the Franciscan monk, who emphasized: we should be guided by the faith that we profess in the Confederacy, that "I believe in the resurrection of the body" .

That we will see God and our loved ones in our own body. Our large family will be happy to meet again in the kingdom of God, and may this give us strength to persevere in the good even in difficult times

he added.

Father Böjte pointed out that scientists are silent about passing away. According to him, there is only one voice that speaks encouragingly, and that is the voice of Jesus Christ, and this opens life to infinity for the Christian person, so we should not think in 60-90 years, but in eternity.

Around the Day of the Dead, it is really important to see: the material world is just wrapping paper, what is eternal is the human soul

- said Father Böjte, who also spoke about how, when the world was created, the heavenly father already knew that his son would also become a man.

I like it so much that our humanity was created by God in such a way that it is also suitable for Jesus. Amazing, isn't it? Because if you make something for yourself and your child, you make it so that it is very good. And our humanity is compatible not only for God, but for eternity. Yes, you are such that you can connect with the sky, you can become a part of the infinite universe. These are such perspectives and give us so much human dignity and a sense of responsibility that if we realize this, we will take everything much more seriously , explained the Franciscan monk.

He added:

Christianity also feels the difficulties and problems, but somehow, looking at everything in perspective, everything is transformed. It becomes easier and more livable.

The Franciscan order announced a year of pilgrimage for the 800th anniversary of the death of Saint Francis. Father Böjte and his colleagues organized a pilgrimage to Italy partly for this reason and partly to learn about the life of the namesake of their foundation. As brother Csaba said, they returned home from the six-day trip with wonderful spiritual and spiritual ammunition. That is why he recommends everyone to add Assisi or, for example, Greccio to their bucket list. "Because the pilgrim not only travels and enjoys space, but also walks a vertical path towards God's world," added the monk.
