György Raskó, the former MDF agricultural specialist, was never a candidate for Fidesz, but he is definitely active around the Tisza Party, despite the fact that his Hungarian party is now trying to push him away.
"György Raskó was neither a candidate nor a member of the TISZA Party. On the other hand, Fidesz does. György Raskó was elected as a member of parliament as a joint candidate of MDF, Fidesz and the Small Farmers' Party and worked for Viktor Orbán until 2000."
- Péter Magyar wrote in his Facebook post on Saturday after the scandal caused by György Péter Raskó's post about the elimination (death) of Fidesz pensioners from the electoral system.
However, Péter Magyar is not telling the truth, because György Raskó was never a Fidesz candidate.
The agricultural specialist entered the parliament in the parliamentary elections of 1994, when he ran as an individual candidate of the MDF as a nominating organization in electoral district No. 6 of Kapuvár, Győr-Moson-Sopron county. According to contemporary data, he finished third in the first round of the elections, but in the second round he was elected representative with 34.85 percent, since Fidesz, FKGP and KDNP did not field an opponent in the second round after the first round. As a candidate of the MDF, Raskó defeated Gábor Simon of the MSZP and Gyula Varga of the SZDSZ, thanks to which he became father-in-law for four years.
After that, Raskó ran again in 1998, also in Kapuvár, Győr-Moson-Sopron County's electoral district No. 6, as a candidate of the MDNP-Nép Party, and from MDF's József Ábrahám, Fidesz's Gábor Ágota and KDNP's dr. He also took votes from Péter Bíró.
But who is the green baron who thinks Péter Magyar is a superstar?
In the 2002 parliamentary election
Raskó ran as a candidate for Kupa Mihály's Centrum party in Mosonmagyaróvár,
In electoral district No. 4 of Győr-Moson-Sopron County, where he was launched against János Domiczi of FKGP and János Pap of Fidesz.
"György Raskó was neither a candidate nor a member of the TISZA Party," writes Péter Magyar, pushing the former secretary of state in the Antall government, MDF and then MDNP politician away from himself and his party, while there is more evidence that the Tisza Party and Raskó's alliance relationship.
The agricultural expert recently appeared in a video alongside Péter Magyar and described the problems of Hungarian agriculture in detail. Two weeks ago, the specialist himself explained on the Klubrádió program that
he is one of the people who helps to choose who will be the future representatives and politicians of the Tisza Party.
The casting is also supported by competent HR professionals, but the former state secretary of agriculture also helps in this.
"The Rogán propaganda machine is now attacking the TISZA Party with the impossibility that agricultural expert György Raskó wants the death of old people. Of course, none of this is true. György Raskó did not say that," says the third statement in the Hungarian post.
Compared to this, the reality is that Raskó wrote exactly in his later deleted post that
"Tisza benefits from the fact that many of the members of the elderly age group will drop out as voters in the order of 100,000 until the next elections, while at the same time, young people will enter in the order of 100,000 as first-time voters. So time works for the Tisza."
The agricultural expert therefore calculated on the death of pensioners who voted for Fidesz during his power politics calculations.
