The UN teams would have moved in a long time ago... Zsolt Bayer's writing.
That's your business, isn't it, Rhine?!" - he throws it to Pierre Rajnák, the louse, in one of the best Hungarian films of all time, Time Stops.
And "it" was really the matter of the Rhines.
This is the case of Polyák.
Rhines, Polyaks, Ephialtes - these are as old as man. The Good Lord probably doesn't like to waste either, and from time to time he makes something out of leftovers, scraps, and waste. From this will be the Rhines, the Polyás and the Ephialtes.
But what is the "case" that is now the case of Polyák?
Hungary, 2024, university diagnosis: If you are from Fidesz, you cannot get a doctorate here!
The case begins when Balázs Orbán is pursuing a doctorate at the ELTE Faculty of Law.
"He can defend his PhD thesis on the Constitutional Law of the Free Mandate and National Sovereignty at the institution at the beginning of December, and the Scientific Doctoral Council that assessed the application also gave a nod to this, although not with a unanimous majority"
- informs 24.hu, and the latter is already discussed by 444, as follows:
"444 wrote on Friday that the doctoral dissertation of Balázs Orbán, the prime minister's political director, is the only one at the ELTE law faculty this year that the Scientific Doctoral Council (TDT) has not unanimously decided to start the doctoral process. This is very rare. As we learned, there were principled reasons for this. According to 444's sources, ELTE is in a vulnerable position in the face of such a powerful politician, so they will not be able to judge the thesis objectively, fearing that the university would face sanctions in the event of a negative review."
Now, that certain Scientific Doctorate Council can also do a favor, of course, in the event that 444 is telling the truth. "ELTE is vulnerable to such a powerful politician", "they cannot evaluate the thesis objectively", "sanctions" will come .
You went to your mother's house, is that clear?
And to be very clear and precise: today the government is in a vulnerable position against university, research institute, academic and all other liberal mainstream intellectuals.
Also, let them savor a little the moment when, say, Balázs Orbán's doctoral dissertation is scrapped, and he starts threatening, clinging to grass and trees, running to Varga (minister of finance) so that ELTE doesn't get more money...
Anyone who thinks this seriously, who assumes this, who voices this, is a stupid bastard. And either he has no idea about this country, or he is unabashedly lying.
That's it.
Let that be your starting point.
And if we have a starting point where we can defy our heels and kick the Poles out, let's imagine something else.
The fact that, say, you are a momentary or a decathlete - my God, don't let me leave you! - the NKE or any other state university would try to expel a student from Tisza because of his political affiliation. The UN troops would have moved in a long time ago...
But it's not over yet, the best is yet to come!
Because the associate professor of the Media and Communication Department of ELTE, this certain Gábor Polyák (this media and communication department is in the same corridor as the Department of Behavioral Care and the Library Wardrobe) came forward and started barking things like this:
"The Faculty of Law, where the rule of law, human rights, and power sharing are discussed in principle, does not tell a Balázs Orbán to go to the NKE. Balázs Orbán, the master of the lowest ideological incubator MCC, the almighty commander of the NKE, the apple of Nagyföny's eye, who can also deny '56 from history with impunity. Colleagues, where is the backbone?"
And this:
"What kind of legal professional ethos is this, what kind of citizenship? Why do we show the darkest past as an example for future intellectuals? Why are we throwing up on our faces?”
Also this:
"As a university professor at ELTE, I ask myself that Balázs Orbán obtain a PhD degree at this institution."
I ask again: do you have any idea, what would happen here if a university teacher wrote such things about a momentary or any other student?
Of course it is...
And then let's take a look at who is this Gábor Polyák? This is the university professor, this independent "intellectual".
Collected by Mandiner, we only have to quote the name and the passion of Polyák's spirit here:
"Polyák's activities as an expert and consultant can be traced back to the time of the left-liberal Medgyessy and Gyurcsány cabinets before 2010.
Communications Supervision; ORTT's Institute of Applied Communication Sciences - here, for example, in the preparation of media regulation -; Prime Minister's Office - and here he participated in the development of the content and financial conditions related to the production, editing and transmission of so-called national content.
Riding through the cab revolution, in 2022, more than one organ reported that Polyák was one of the 26 experts who are putting together the opposition's government program (rainbow coalition, led by Péter Márki-Zay). They covered something, but it could not help him much depending on the election results. Neither.
Can such a political role be compatible with the independence expected from the leadership of a university department? Polyák was asked this question before the elections, to which he answered the following to Telex.hu: »it is a difficult question, which he has to discuss separately in all areas of his professional life, he said. According to his feeling, the fact that he has to represent the common opinion of a political side from now on is incompatible with his civil activity, but it is compatible with his academic activity."
Good what?
And of course, it's also worth taking a look at who immediately liked the vomit of bile from this "independent" double zero - Mandiner collected this as well, here:
"[…] hearts, for example, from sociologist Mária Vásárhelyi and journalist Boróka Parászka; but an interaction from historian Krisztián Ungváry came as a sign of support/agreement; Katalin Lukácsi from the ubiquitous politician; from university professor László Majtényi, the mayor of Ferencváros, Krisztina Baranyi; from György Raskó, who recently made headlines with the death of pensioners; from György Balavány; from several employees of Transparency International Hungary: Gábor Gadó, Péter Martin József, and Miklós Konrád (son of György Konrád); From the lawyer-sociologist Zoltán Fleck or from the journalist Miklós Hargitai."
Do I need to say anything else, Ildiko?
Yes, you should.
I also have to say that here we are flat-out and silent like a squealing pig, because it's the weekend and everything, instead of screaming and demanding Polyák's immediate ouster, we would investigate and report to the Equal Treatment Office, no one initiates the deprivation of Polyák's status as a university professor, and so on.
It's not so good.
So I demand all of this now.
Finally, since we started with Rajnák, let's also mention here when Rajnák is having a good time and starts playing basketball among the students. Everyone has a good time with basketball.
Come, let's play some basketball, Polyák. And then you can head into your office with a basket load to pack up. Then write "expert" materials for whomever you want. Clear?
