According to Elon Musk, declining fertility rates are the biggest threat to civilization, bigger than global warming. Efforts to reverse declining fertility in countries have largely failed.
In Hungary, however, it was possible to stop the dramatic decline in fertility,
but it has still not been possible to approach the level necessary to prevent the Hungarian population from shrinking, The Times wrote.
